We have two areas of focus. Floor/Tub Safety and Grout/Tile Restoration. Our staff and technicians are trained to recognize potential slip/fall hazards in homes, restaurants, hotels, motels, hospitals, malls, schools, and other public and private facilities. The majority of this work is slip prevention for floors in the commercial sector. We are currently servicing customers from Maine to Virginia. In Grout and Tile Restoration our target customer is residential. Our unique process concentrates on the cleaning and removal of dirt and harmful pathogens from shower stalls and tub areas as well as the cleaning and protecting of grout on floors. We are currently serving residential customers in Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer, Ocean, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties in New Jersey. Our commitment to our customers is unsurpassed anywhere.     Tubs and showers accumulate all sorts of dirt and stains including Mold, Mildew, Iron, Rust, Lime, Calcium and Soap Scum. With our high Heat Vapor System, we clean, sanitize and deodorize the entire tub and shower area. Grout joints are cleaned. Tiles are cleaned and the shower floor or tub surface is cleaned leaving no chemical residue that could contaminate or degrade the surface being cleaned. The hot vapor penetrates the pores of the material being cleaned - destroying mold and mildew spores, as well as bacteria, viruses and germs of all kinds. Heat is the single most effective, tested and proven sanitizing agent known to man.
    During our extensive tub or shower treatment, the old caulk is removed and replaced with 100% silicone caulk. We also polish the tiles bringing back the shine they once had. We more than just clean - we actually detail your tub or shower.
    Grout Replacing Ceramic tile will typically last for decades. It's usually the grout that deteriorates over time. A fresh new look can be achieved by replacing the grout in counters and showers while the tile remains in place.     Slip Prevention for BathtubsWet surfaces, by their very nature, are high risk areas for injuries. Bath and shower surfaces are particularly vulnerable. Protect yourself and your family. Our process can be used on any porcelain or enamel bathtub. It is not a coating that can wear off but a process that creates a tread design on the mineral surface itself without losing the comfort of bathing. There is no discernible change in appearance. You can throw out those rubber mats and decals that are a breeding ground for bacteria. Our process will also remove stains and soap scum build up from the surface bringing the shine back to your tub.
  • SLIP PREVENTION FOR FLOORS, TUBS & SHOWERS
    Wet floors can be dangerous. Our process reduces the risk and danger of slips and falls, the resulting potential for injury, lawsuits, litigation costs, employee days lost, and fatal falls in the bathroom. This amazing process can be used on almost all hard surfaces such as ceramic tile, glazed brick, marble, polished stone, terrazzo, river rock, concrete, & quarry tile. This is not a coating that can wear off but a process that creates a tread design on the mineral surface itself without losing the look or feel of your flooring. Our process will not discolor or change the look of your floor, tile or shower. The work can be done in one to four hours and is usually performed during the hours in which you are closed to the public. Your floors can be used immediately after treatment. No set up, curing or drying time is required. Please note that slip prevention for floors is generally a commercial service however in some cases we can do residential applications.

    There is nothing more unsightly than dirty and discolored grout ruining the look of your tile floors. By using our high heat vapor cleaning system, we can remove deeply ground in dirt and stains. Afterwards, the grout can be sealed to protect it from permanent staining. We can also recaulk or regrout your counters and backsplash as well as seal your Granite countertops.
